Feeling the Elements Retreat

Co‑facilitated with Mari of The Mystic Flow + Merryn of Entheogratiom.

Feeling the Elements was a multi‑day immersive retreat exploring Air, Water, Fire, Earth, and Ether through movement, ritual, nature‑based practices, and altered states.

Each day invited participants into direct embodied relationship with an element through activities such as breathwork, paragliding, swimming, sound, ceremony, and rest.

The retreat emphasized safety, consent, nervous system pacing, and reverent play.

Future retreats will continue to explore embodiment, ecology, and collective healing.
